全国硕士研究生统一入学考试已经落幕，很多考生也开始着手的考研。为了避免大家走弯路，能提早着手复习，现针对法硕考试的复习方法给大家些建议。
开始复习不建议直接从书本的内容开始，而是应该认真分析考试大纲。法硕考试是以考试大纲为主，超纲的可以不看。任何考试一旦给了考试大纲就等于给考生划定了考试范围，一定要认真分析，不要忽视。根据历年考试题来看，考纲变化的部分肯定是要考察的重点。考试大纲一定要用新的，便于掌握新增知识点。
法硕考研的教材还是比较好选择的，所谓教材无非两本，一个是《法律硕士专业学位联考考试指南》(人大]出版社的)和《法律硕士专业学位研究生联考考试大纲》(教育部考试中心的)。法硕考试应以教材为准，任何复习资料都无法替代教材，这是复习时首先应明确的问题。大家以一本书为主，至少要看4遍，由浅入难，最后做到精通。提醒大家，有时间尽量把两本书对比一下，找出另一本书没有的知识点，掌握住。因为从近几年真题来看，比较容易在这些地方出题。至于参考资料的选择是有一定难度的。市面上的参考资料不少，主要看是否包含章节详细分析和单元习题或真题，包含这两部分都可以选择，比较权威的可以选择人大出版社和法律出版社的，参考资料以1-2本为限，不宜过多。

3、阅读题：没啥推荐的，比较火的是张剑150篇，褒贬不一。我觉得可有可无。
4、作文资料：不需要买书，把王江涛总结的20篇背得滚瓜烂熟就OK了，考前写两篇。
5、辅导班：参照上述政治辅导班。推荐范猛老师的阅读，很专业。不过那个王江涛讲课就是个催眠啊。范猛阅读讲得很不错，推荐。刘一男单词也还可以，有点用。其他江湖老师仍然是不值一提。
英语是个需要下苦功的科目，坚持不懈地钻研真题才是王道，另外考试前要模拟几次，不然临场很慌乱，时间把握不好，我三次都是这样，很遗憾。
(三)关于专业课
法硕专业想考高分，专业课才是关键，同时咱这专业课想像其他专业考数学那样动辄考个一百四十几甚至满分比登天还难，但还是有大牛专业课考了一百三十多甚至一百四十多，真是让人不得不顶礼膜拜，给我开卷考估计要考不了一百四。我今年基础课119，综合课121。
必备工具：
1、考试分析。王道中的王道，往死里背吧。缺陷是刑法分则写得过于简略，不足以应付考试，如果编者把刑法分则完善了，那考试指南基本就不用出版了，所以刑法分则以考试指南为主。
2、考试指南。刑法民法部分对于一战考生来讲可以看两遍，写得比较详细，可以促进理解。指南的综合课部分可以无视。想想指南这本书真是个鸡肋和悲剧，那么老厚，价格一百二十多，盗版的都要二十，有用的东西太少。但也是必备。
3、人大配套练习。很好的书，能够加深印象，有基础题，真题和提高题，要做两遍。
4、人大法条释解。刑法民法部分值得一看，尤其在刑民难度日益加大的趋势下更值得一看。对某些知识的阐述很深入很到位，可以补充一下分析和指南。
5、人大标准化题库。这本书三年我都买了，老厚的一本，盗版的15还是20来着，悲催的是从来没做过，三本都是新的。想考高分的建议还是把刑法民法部分选择题做一做，大致看了下，比较难。
6、真题，我就是做配套练习上的真题，大家可以买那种一套一套的真题做一做。
7、录音。听听刑法民法的。刑法推荐李方晓，大家都说好。民法可以听听杨长庚和隋彭生的。隋彭生讲得是司法考试的，讲得很深入，不过经常举些让人喷饭的例子，听着不累，应付考试足够了。综合课我觉得不用听录音，都是个背的死东西。录音来源参考上述政治录音。再提醒一遍，不推荐报班，死贵，很累。
其他辅导书还有很多，自己没看过，估计也没什么用。法硕辅导书都老厚的一本，买多了堆那儿著作等身的挺吓人。所以买几本必备的就可以了。多了也看不完，背熟分析才是王道。
专业课复习是个很低级很粗暴的活，前期看书听录音理解，多看几遍，多听几遍，刑法民法要多做点题。后期就是个死背，不择手段的背，尤其是综合课基本要背得滚瓜烂熟才能应付考试。专业课技术含量比起清华理工科或经管类专业课低太多了，但考验的就是个耐力，大家后期要坚持，背书很痛苦，但不吃苦是万万不行的。
以上是初试，扯得很嗦，也是想能多帮到大家，大家挑着看一看。下面讲复试。
三、复试
法硕专业各校的复试就数清华北大两校的最有个性最变态，因为基本都跟法律没什么关系。相比北大的较为规范而言，清华的复试尤其是面试就更显得天马行空，灵活性很大。但是不要怕同学们。我觉得清华的复试是最科学的，为什么呢，因为很多高校复试笔试又是考什么法律名词解释简答论述什么的，这些初试都考察过了，再考还有什么意义呢?然后他们的面试又是问些法律问题，法学理论博大精深，你觉得一个花了几个月背了背考试分析的人能解决什么法律问题?而作为跨专业的法硕来说，复试该考察的是一个人的综合素质和潜质，清华的复试设计的较为合理，反映了顶级院校的大气。
就笔试而言，目前题型较为固定了，十五个名词解释加一篇作文。名
